3D Scanner

One of our members during Michaelmas 2023 has had a particular interest in being able to replicate figurines, and has built and assembled an OpenScan Pi 3D scanner. It uses a Raspberry Pi and a camera to take lots of photos of the model, rotated to different orientations using a turntable and then processes them to generate a 3D model of the subject.
